Your shake is mixed the moment you order it — branded protein and water, plus skimmed milk powder if you choose it. The protein comes from the same sealed retail tubs you would buy yourself: photographed sealed, its batch and scratch code recorded, then loaded. The proof is filed below, week by week.
Allergens: whey shakes contain milk — even mixed with water. Some powders contain soy. SuperYou Pro is a dairy-free powder, but it's mixed in a machine that also handles milk: may contain milk, soy.

The record
One block per week, Monday to Sunday. A tub appears in the week it went into a machine, listing the machines it filled that week — so a tub used twice appears twice. Dates are set by the system when each tub is filed and loaded, never typed in by hand.
